INITIAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS TRAINING:

This is a two (2) day workshop where participants first learn the cornerstones of management philosophy, tools and skills required to achieve significant results through other people.

FOLLOW-UP REINFORCEMENT TRAINING:

After the initial training, monthly Tele-Conferences are used to reinforce the:

• Concepts,
• Tools,
• Skills, and
• Management mindset

throughout the upcoming year.
